The underlying logic in the structure and content of ATIC derives from the re-conceptualization of the <\/span>PROCESS <\/span>of care provision <\/span>or nursing care process <\/span>, <\/span>published <\/span>by Dr. <\/span>Juv\u00e9-Udina <\/span>in 2012.<\/span><\/p>

An interpretation that defines the PROCESS of care provision as non-linear and iterative in which: <\/span><\/p>

    1. The initial ASSESSMENT of the person’s condition and circumstances <\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol>
        1. Generates one or the conclusion of several TRIALS (Diagnostics)<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol>
            1. Leading to the PRESCRIPTION of care (Interventions_ Planning)<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol>
                1. Whose BENEFIT ( <\/span>Interventions_Execution <\/span>)<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol>
                    1. It has to be evaluated in a continuous ASSESSMENT of the state and evolution of the person and their circumstances<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol>

                          The organizational context of the provision of care and the clinical expertise of each nurse are factors that influence the process and its results in the people attended. <\/span>The content of the ATIC diagnostic axis is developed considering the hypothesis that the level of clinical expertise of each healthcare nurse determines their diagnostic capacity. The effect of the clinical competence of each nurse in the diagnostic formulation is illustrated in the introduction of the book ATIC Diagnostic Axis<\/a> ( pp 29-33).<\/span><\/p>

                          The <\/span>doctoral thesis of Dr. <\/span>Gonzalez-Samartino<\/span><\/a> provides relevant results on the diagnostic accuracy nurse and clinical outcomes relationship.<\/span><\/p>

                          The influences <\/span>of <\/span>both <\/span>modulating variables are explored in <\/span>Dra. <\/span>Castell\u00e0-Creus’s <\/span><\/a>doctoral thesis<\/a><\/span> and her various <\/span>derived scientific publications <\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

                          The <\/span>identification <\/span>of health outcomes is a product of the trial <\/span>diagnosis <\/span>.<\/span><\/p>

                          The results are <\/span>clinical <\/span>judgments <\/span>about the <\/span>evolution <\/span>of the individual's state of health (or its consequences) once the nursing interventions have been carried out.<\/span><\/p>

                          The results <\/span>in ATIC is c <\/span>lasifica <\/span>n <\/span>in: evolutionary and finishers.<\/span><\/p>

                          In turn, they can be sub-classified as: healthy and adverse. <\/span><\/p>

                          Evolutionary results or finalists <\/span>are <\/span>expressed <\/span>n <\/span>at ATIC through continuous endpoints and \/ or <\/span>new <\/span>diagnoses.<\/span><\/p>

                          ATIC interventions are not detailed descriptions of a procedure. <\/span><\/p>

                          They are concepts that encompass the objective and the caregiving actions and actions <\/span><\/p>

                          Some requirements may be indicated by <\/span>a <\/span>enfermer <\/span>to, <\/span>one <\/span>M\u00e9dic <\/span>o \/ a <\/span>or other effect permitted <\/span>or.<\/span><\/p>
